Artichoke Dip

Ingredients

  • 1 14 oz. can Vigo Artichoke Hearts, drained and patted dry
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 2/3 cup grated Parmesan Cheese
  • 8 oz. shredded mozzarella
  • dash of Hot Sauce (optional)

Instructions

  • 1. Preheat Oven to 350 degrees
  • 2. Coarsely chop artichokes
  • 3. Mix in rest of ingredients
  • 4. Spread in an 8’ x 8’ ovenproof baking pan and bake uncovered at 350 degrees for 20 - 25 minutes
  • 5. Serve with crackers
