A trainee from Malaysia was shocked to find a series of monkey ‘selfies’ on the phone he lost. Zackrydz Rodzi informed BBC News that he believed his phone had actually been taken while he was sleeping. The 20-year-old trainee from the town of Batu Pahat apparently went to sleep on Friday with his phone beside him. On Saturday, he awakened to discover that his phone had actually gone missing out on.
” There was no indication of break-in. The only thing on my mind was is it some sort of sorcery,” stated the last year computer technology trainee.
Mr Rodzi ultimately tracked the gadget to a jungle behind his home on Sunday afternoon. He states his dad kept calling his phone up until, on Sunday, he heard it calling from the jungle and discovered it underneath a palm tree.
When his uncle joked that he may discover a photo of the burglar on his phone, Mr Rodzi opened the gallery and found a series of monkey photos and videos. One video – which he showed the BBC – even reveals the monkey attempting to consume his phone.
According to the Daily Mail, Mr Rodzi stated he revealed the images to family and friends who ‘could not think it’, prior to publishing them on Twitter. “Something that you may see when in a century,” he tweeted on Sunday.
