An armed loot bid was foiled in Punjab after an agricultural businessman overpowered and captured two of the 4 males who had come to “search” his home posing as CBI officers. Businessman Tarsem Lal suffered minor accidents whereas attempting to grab the gun from one of many imposters, the police stated.
Two different accomplices, who have been ready exterior Tarsem Lal’s home in Ferozpur district, managed to run away, the police stated.

Based on the data shared by the police, the person who posed to be a CBI officer has been recognized as Rajinder Kumar, and his accomplices have solely been recognized by their first names as Kamlesh, Bheem and Ravi.
“Accused Kumar claimed he an officer with the Central Bureau of Investigation and wished to look Tarsem Lal’s home, which is within the border metropolis of Guruahrsahai. When Mr Lal turned suspicious of their behaviour he requested for his or her ID playing cards. That is when Kumar pulled out a gun. Mr Lal overpowered him and raised an alarm after which his neighbours rushed to assist,” officer Singh stated.
